We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Success Associate. As a vital part of our organization, you'll play a key role in resolving customer inquiries, ensuring accurate order processing, and providing exceptional support.

Pay: $18.15/hr paid weekly!

Location: Onsite in North Venice, FL (34275) with a possibility of going hybrid or remote after 3-6 month training period

Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm EST

Key Responsibilities:

• Work diligently to resolve customer inquiries, placing a strong emphasis on achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
• Communicate extensively through CRM Systems with other departments and customers, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Interpret and edit orders and quotes in ERP and CRM Systems for a diverse range of standard and special products and services.
• Complete quotes and deliver them within specified response time frames, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
• Collaborate with Product and Drawing Specialists for assistance with complex orders or quotes, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Initiate calls to distributors, resolving questions, inconsistencies, or missing information.
• Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data to be entered, ensuring flawless order processing.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work independently with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Possess strong conflict management skills to navigate customer challenges effectively.
• Strong writing and reading comprehension skills are a must.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other required systems.
• Experience in Business to Business customer support is preferred.
