Position: Server

As a Server at Social Taco, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our guests. Your duties will include:

• Greeting customers and assisting them with menu selections
• Taking orders accurately and efficiently
• Delivering food and beverages promptly
• Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience
• Handling payments and processing transactions
• Collaborating with management and front of house staff to ensure timely service

Position: Bartender

As a Bartender at Social Taco, your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Monitor alcohol intake and ensure responsible serving practices are followed, adhering to legal regulations and company policies.

Position: Host/Hostess

As a host/hostess at Social Taco, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests as they arrive and seating them promptly
• Managing waitlists effectively
• Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions they may have
• Coordinating with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth operations
• Assisting with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
