Server/Bartender

Kodiac Brewery Bar & Grill, located in Centennial, CO is looking for dedicated experienced, honest and friendly individual servers and/or bartenders who are passionate about food and beverage and possess a strong knowledge of classic American food consisting of Gourmet Burgers, Sandwiches, Pizzas, Delicious starters, in house Brewery Menu, and a full service Bar.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a timely manner and ask for drink orders, guide them through our menus

• Prepare drinks using recipes and ingredients including non-alcoholic drinks

• Take and serve food orders from Bar / Dining room / Patio patrons

• Make recommendations for in house Brewery Beers, Cocktails, Wines and other beverages to customers

• Handle cash transactions, credit card payments and tips from customers

• Stay calm under pressure and Call for assistance from other staff members when needed to carry large orders

• Bussing tables / Host / Food running

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of server and/or bartending experience in casual/fine dining service, demonstrating a strong understanding of dining etiquette - TIPS certification (not mandatory), ensuring a comprehensive understanding of responsible alcohol service - Proficient knowledge of Brewery menu, Cocktails, Wine, including varietals, regions, and food pairings.

At least 21 years old

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.40/hour + individual tips (no tip pooling)
