Lead, Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer

Assetmark is seeking a Lead, Salesforce QA looking for an opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals to help drive business growth by delivering first class solutions on the Salesforce platform. The Lead, Salesforce QA should be passionate about providing high-quality Salesforce solutions that deliver consistent and engaging experiences. The Lead, Salesforce QA will collaborate with a small technical team to deliver Salesforce solutions that advance Assetmark's goals and objectives.

Here's what we're looking for from our newest team member:

Responsibilities:
This position will undertake specified tasks, performing some or all of the following:

• Serve as the Lead Salesforce QA person that will set the QA standards across all teams
• Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans
• Own the responsibility for the development and implementation of test automation
• Oversee all strategic and tactical aspects of the QA lifecycle, escalating relevant issues with clarity, and in a timely fashion
• Manage the planning and execution of product testing efforts and associated resources to meet committed delivery dates
• Lead and participate in the production deployment and post validation test activities
• Fostering a collaborative testing environment by providing guidance and support to team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while remaining calm under pressure, and responsiveness to key stakeholders and senior leaders

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform
• Some knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem (AppExchange, Partners, Vendors, etc)
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently, accept and manage changing priorities and address issues quickly and professionally
• Experience working in Wealth Management/Investment/Banking domain a must.
• Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, any Salesforce specific test management tools, Git
• Experience with agile development methodology

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree, certification, preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of hands-on software quality assurance experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Sales Cloud/Service Cloud (CRMA a plus)
• 5+ years of experience in Jira, Selenium and other tools

Compensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $130,000-$145,000.

This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits.
