The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies that ensure a clean, safe, and healthy environment for our patients, staff, and visitors. 9. Stay updated on latest trends and advancements in the field of environmental services and incorporate best practices into department operations.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a director-level role in an Environmental Services Department within a healthcare setting.
2. Proven track record of successfully managing and improving environmental services operations in a hospital setting.
3. In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to environmental services and infection control.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
