Responsibilities

•Clean and sanitize all workstations, including counters, utensils, cooking equipment, and the refrigerator, in accordance with health and safety regulations
•Recognize and adhere to quality requirements for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products, as well as correct storage and waste management
•Cook food orders at stations by following established recipes and presentation standards for grilling, broiling, and sauting menu items
•Set up cooking stations and fill them with all of the essential preparation items for a shift
•Demonstrate professional and pleasant demeanor when interacting with visitors, vendors, and associates

Qualifications

•Must be able to pass a drug test and consent to a background check
•Ability to understand and comply with kitchen sanitation, safety and equipment usage, and food storage
•Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification such as a GED
•Previous experience working in food service is preferred
•Possesses a strong work ethic and have high attention to detail
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
