Plant Manager for 2 locations Iowa Park and Weatherford locations

The Plant Manager is wholly responsible for the success of the projects.

This Plant Manager will be responsible for the Iowa Park, TX and Weatherford, TX Plant locations.

The Plant Manager will be required to live in the Iowa park TX area.

Responsibilities:

Follow, teach, and enforce plant:

-Safety

-Procedures

-Chemistry

-Equipment

-Maintenance

-Understand, train, and Troubleshoot plant processes.

-Perform and train plant maintenance items safely.

-Prevent controllable downtime through established BMP’s.

-Minimize uncontrollable downtime with prompt call out response and support.

Set and meet project and personnel performance goals.

Educate and enforce company mission and values.

Maintain, enforce, and update:

-Accurate plant logs

-Plant read-up forms

-Plant compliance forms

Identify, train, and communicate:

-Plant safety hazards

-Plant process issues

Engage in:

-MR safety procedures and recordkeeping

Continual plant education

-Fellow Employee training

-Innovation and continual improvement

-Employee mentoring and investment

Maintain cost controls and budgeting:

-Major maintenance expenses

-Control operations expenses

-Assist in scheduling and performing plant turnaround events

-Procurement

-Contractor scheduling

Maintain and enforce Plant, Shop, and Office housekeeping standards

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90000.00

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 7am-4pm (regular)
• On Call 24/7/365 (excludes PTO)
• Weekends (as required)

Supplemental pay types:

• 2 Bonus Payments per year

Experience:

• Plant process: 5 years (Preferred)
• Plant Management: 3 years (Preferred)
• Natural gas compression/treatment: 1 year (Preferred)
• Landfill Gas: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

• High school
