Manager of Respiratory Therapy - Full-time / Part-time

A great leadership position is currently available for a Manager of Respiratory Therapy at an established community hospital in Oregon. 

The Manager of Respiratory Therapy will join a community hospital that has spent over 100 years dedicated to providing optimal healthcare to its patients. This thriving community hospital has since expanded and provides many inpatient and outpatient services. These include emergency services, a birthing center, behavioral health, home health, and more. 

The Manager of Respiratory Therapy reports to the RT Director and is supported by a wonderful team of Respiratory Therapists. The Manager provides guidance to RT’s who are assessing patients with respiratory conditions, developing plans of care, performing respiratory treatments, and instructing patients on how to properly administer respiratory treatments and use respiratory equipment. The Manager of Respiratory Therapy will also assist the Director in developing a fiscal budget, staffing, and educating new team members. The Manager of Respiratory Therapy will work closely with nurses and physicians to ensure each patient has a successful continuum of care.
