Human Resources (Bilingual Spanish)
Between $50,000 and $75,000 to start with excellent benefits
As Human Resources Coordinator, you will:
- Join a manufacturer of warehouse systems and technologies
- Support Human Resource operations for a 250 person manufacturing facility
- Source, engage and recruit candidates for open job requisitions
- Review applications against job requirements
- Assist with interviewing and candidate selection processes
- Facilitate onboarding and training processes
- Coordinate employee relations and recognition initiatives
- Assist with performance evaluation processes
- Troubleshoot employee issues and complaints as they arise
- Initiate corrective action as necessary
- Recommend disciplinary action as necessary
- Perform timekeeping functions
- Administer benefits programs and open enrollment periods
- Serve as a resource for employees
- Communicate with employees in English and Spanish
- Run routine and special reports
- Uphold compliance and quality standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Maintain manual and electronic HR files
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 1 years of HR / Human Resource / Human Resources experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, Formulas, etc.)
- A Bachelor's Degree
Pluses:

- +++ Full Cycle Recruiting experience
