As an Advanced Practice Providerin Family Medicine youll be a part of opening a brand new location for SCL Healthto provide top-notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day youll collaborate with several Medical Assistants, and PSRs.

• You would practice at Aurora Crossroads, NEW CLINIC OPENING 7/2024
• Your hours will be Monday - Friday: 7am-5pm
• Shared Practice Phone Call

Your experience.

• Candidates with five (5) years plus experience in a continuity setting as a provider, required.
• Continuity clinic, with the ability to see acute patients
• Ability to work extended hours, and weekends if needed
