Job Duties:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect new B2B business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our media offerings.

  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the media industry. Thoroughly understand the features and benefits of our media products to effectively communicate them to clients.

  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and implement strategies to achieve and surpass revenue goals.

  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to maximize revenue and profitability. Ensure contracts are executed accurately and in compliance with company policies.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, production, and client services, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and projects.

  • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and challenges.

  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to management.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of experience in sales

  • 3+ years sales experience exceeding quotas

  • Experience in B2B sales with a robust network in the financial and professional services industries

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage new business prospects

  • Motivated to build and maintain strong business relationships and attend regular events and networking meetings

  • Eager to meet and surpass goals monthly, quarterly, and annual and contribute to a growing team

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on win-win outcomes

  • Ability to collaborate with key decision makers to identify opportunities and develop creative and new ideas that deliver sales results.

  • Familiarity with the media industry, including digital advertising, traditional media, and emerging trends.

  • Superior organization and client management skills

  • Experience in using CRM systems to monitor sales

The pay scale the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting is $75,000-$80,000 and takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, experience, training, licenses, certifications, and other business or organizational needs. Compensation will be determined based on the above factors along with the requirements of the position. At The L.A.
