Multi-Family Property Manager

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to service luxury residences for short term rentals in the downtown Dallas area. This position must have customer service, property management, computer skills, trade, hospitality, catering, event planning and concierge experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Property Manager
2. Develop and maintain relationships with guests, owners, and vendors.
3. Manage the entire rental process from start to finish, including responding to inquiries, booking reservations, and coordinating check-in/check-out.
4. Ensure seamless communication for successful concierge booking services.
5. Oversee property maintenance tasks to maintain a luxurious setting.
6. Coordinate with relevant teams to address maintenance issues promptly.
7. Manage all event planning, catering, hospitality, and concierge services.

Qualifications:

1. Previous customer service, trade, hospitality, and concierge experience a plus.
2. Proficiency in computer skills for efficient record-keeping and communication.
3. Property management experience, a plus.
4. Positive and professional demeanor.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Strong proficiency in Excel.
7. AppFolio – Property management software, a plus.
8. Construction industry knowledge, a plus.
