Full Charge Bookkeeper

Location: Dayton, TX

. Our office is currently looking for a Full Charge BOOKKEEPER candidate.

Following duties:

• Full cycle accounts payable
• Process payroll and maintain confidential records.
• Review and record daily sales.
• Maintain accounts receivable.
• Reconciliation of accounts, bank, and credit card statements to ensure their accuracy.
• Prepare reoccurring journal entries.
• Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports.
• Maintain records.
• Work with external CPA to finalize monthly and annual financial statements.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous bookkeeping experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing is essential.
• Great organizational skills.
• Analyzing information and dealing with complexity.
• Must be observant and pay attention to detail.
• Be able to work in a fast environment with minimal supervision.
