Job Description:
Join us in making a real difference by supporting clients with activities of daily living, fostering independence and growth, while implementing personalized, evidence-based interventions in various settings under the guidance of our esteemed BCBA. Adhere meticulously to behavior plans crafted by our expert team, and track client progress diligently through data collection and insightful notes. Commit to continuous learning and development by attending scheduled trainings, and exhibit empathy and confidence in navigating challenging situations with grace. Ensure the safe and effective management of medications while completing RBT tracking paperwork accurately and promptly to maintain compliance with standards. Foster open, professional communication with clients, team members, supervisors, and peers, while upholding the integrity and effectiveness of our program design at all times. Required Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US
  • High school diploma
  • DSP I
  • Ability to pass a DOJ Live Scan
  • Minimum 5 months experience working with ADULTS with intellectual disabilities/Autism
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance are essential
  • Must embody teamwork, professionalism, resilience under pressure, and possess exceptional communication and documentation skills
Nice To Have:
  • Current RBT certification
  • Basic Life Support Certification
  • Current CPI card
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field
  • DSP 2
  • college enrollment or coursework preferred
