Warehouse Supervisor

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, leading a team of warehouse associates, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Physically and systemically receive all service spare parts, repairs, and aftersales and project orders
• Coordinate with satellite locations on inventory movements and shipping preparation
• Verify all inbound and outbound shipments against pick slips and Bill of Landings
• Inspect all inbound shipments for damage
• Prepare shipments for projects and technicians
• Conduct monthly cycle counts/bin verifications
• Year-end physical inventory
• Design, organize and maintain physical warehouse keeping Business Unit items separate from other business
• Complete and maintain bin and product labeling
• Report and communicate weekly KPIs to Delivery Center in Columbus, OH
• Miscellaneous office needs

Requirements:

• Must be able to accurately enter data into the system.
• Familiar with preparing shipments (UPS & USPS)
• Computer knowledge
• ERP system knowledge a plus
• 5-S knowledge a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse setting
• Self-starter
• Travel 10-15% (Houston, San Antonio, Austin, New Orleans)
