• Proven Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on carpentry experience.
• Your own Hand tools/Belt: A well-maintained set of essential carpentry tools.
• Strength and stamina: The ability to handle the physical aspects of the job and work outdoors.
• Clear communication: Take directions well and communicate clearly with your team.
