Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Bilingual in Spanish and English

Data entry

Schedule pick up and delivery appointments

Answer incoming phones calls

Coordinate, scan, and email daily paperwork

Process orders in specialized software programs -Sage 300X

Create Bills of Lading

Input PO’s and Sales orders

Good communication skills

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Proficient in Microsoft office programs

Education and/or Experience

One year experience or combination of experience and education .
