Production Support Specialist (Entry Level)

Overview: As a Production Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of our operations team, providing essential support to ensure the smooth functioning of our production environment. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities:

• Sales order entry
• Daily production tracking
• Support inventory management
• Creates purchase orders and completes purchases
• Invoicing and payment processing
• Ensures all data is accurate for costing and pricing in production software tool
• Provides support in developing operation and business metrics
• Maintains production records
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support business objectives

Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving skills with a logical and analytical approach to issue resolution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Prior experience in a technical support or operations role is advantageous but not required.
