Job Description
Position Summary: The customer service representative will assist the service dispatcher to ensure that the service department runs smoothly and efficiently. This position will be responsible to answer phones, text on office phone, and emails, provide excellent customer service, create job tickets, and work with the service dispatcher to schedule technicians. The customer service representative will be responsible for creating invoices and getting approval prior to sending invoices to the customer.
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate with technicians in the morning to go over tickets from the previous day
· Scan previous days tickets into the computer program for digital storage and tracking
· File and store away job tickets
· Prepare bills and invoices for jobs completed
· Respond professionally and in a timely manner to incoming customer requests in person, by telephone, or by email
· Accept and apply payment for services to a customer’s invoice
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
· Valid driver’s license
· Proficient computer skills and outstanding phone etiquette
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
· Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations
· Resourcefulness to stay motivated and on task throughout the day
