We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Lead Radiology Tech to join our dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art facility, contributing significantly to the diagnostic and therapeutic treatment of patients. This role requires a high level of professionalism, technical expertise, and leadership skills. The Lead Radiology Technologist will oversee the daily operations of the radiology department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality imaging services and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of the radiology department, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
2. Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using radiologic equipment, including CT and Ultrasound equipment.
3. Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure high-quality imaging and patient safety.
4. Train and coach radiology staff, fostering a high-performance team environment.
5. Ensure compliance with all prescribed safety standards, policies, and procedures.
6. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate service delivery.
7. Keep abreast of the latest developments in radiologic technology and implement improvements in the department.
8. Perform regular checks and maintenance on radiologic equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
9. Monitor patient's vital signs during procedures and report any abnormalities to the relevant medical personnel.

Qualifications:

1. Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
2. Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
3. Current Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) registration with the Texas Medical Board.
4. A minimum of three years of experience as a Lead Radiology Technologist.
5. Proficiency in operating radiologic equipment, including CT and Ultrasound equipment.
6. Demonstrated ability to monitor and maintain quality control standards.
7. Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to train and coach a team.
8. Strong knowledge of and commitment to adhering to safety standards.
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
11. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
12. Commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services.
