Join Our Team:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Psychologist as we expand our outpatient clinic in Fargo, ND.

Starting Wage: $100,000-125,000 DOE.

What you will do: You will be responsible for conducting evaluations of youth, adolescents, and adults receiving outpatient and residential services and providing psychotherapy using various approaches to foster positive mental health and personal growth in individuals and families with mental health disorders. Work as part of the healthcare team, collaborating with physicians, social workers, counselors, students, teachers, parents, and other educators.

You recognize our kids by their strengths and do not judge or interact with them based on their history or behavior.

  • Evaluate and diagnose patients seeking outpatient care and in residential programming for psychological disorders, emotional disorders, behavioral disorders, developmental disorders, and learning disabilities of individuals and administer treatment programs.

Minimum qualifications/education:

  • Doctoral degree from an accredited university (Ph.D. or Psy. D. in psychology).
  • Current and valid North Dakota psychology license in good standing or ability to become licensed.
  • Must pass a background check, including criminal, abuse, and motor vehicle.
