Corporate Housekeeper

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Corporate Housekeeper will be responsible to clean all USA UP STAR facilities including but not limited to Corporate Office, Corporate residence and Corporate rental units.

·         You will be in different locations every day working on your own to get all of the cleaning done done.

·         Cleaning of all locations that includes

·         Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standard.

·         Maintain a regular deep cleaning program, a monthly planner consisting of a project a day such as floor/carpet care, flipping of mattresses, windows (creating & keeping records/checklists)

 - Maintain monthly linen inventory and weekly supplies inventory

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

·         Strong organizational skills.

·         Experience with cleaning equipment and chemicals required.

·         Knowledge of safe working practices.

·         Ability to speak, read, and write clearly in English.

·         Valid driver’s license required; Have and maintain a clean driving record (able to drive company vehicles.  A driver’s operator record will be reviewed).

·         Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

·         High School diploma or GED preferred.

Must pass drug test, motor vehicle record check and background after accepting conditional offer of employment.

Physical Requirements:

·         Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.

·         Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.

·         Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Able to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; Able to reach, pull, twist, turn, bend, lift, kneel, climb; Able to stand, walk, or sit up to 8 hours per day.
