Be a Quality Champion: Inspect Your Way to Success! (Night Shift)
Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality? PAC Worldwide is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Tech I to join our growing team! In this crucial role, you'll be the final guardian of excellence, ensure our products meet the highest standards before they reach our customers.
What you'll do:
- Become the product detective: Inspect finished goods for bag measurements, seal integrity, heat melt application, and overall appearance. Release production machines, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Uncover any quality mysteries: Conduct regular audits and assist in investigating customer complaints to identify and solve product issues. Be a part of the quality improvement process!
- Be a data whiz: Enter inspection data into our computer system, keeping accurate records and ensuring transparency.
- Embrace new challenges: Assist with incoming material checks, sample collection, and other tasks as needed.
What we're looking for:
- A sharp eye: You have a meticulous attention to detail and won't let anything slip past you.
- Problem-solving prowess: You can think critically and identify solutions when you encounter quality issues.
- Communication ace: You can clearly communicate findings and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Tech-savvy: You're comfortable using computers and data entry software.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, and some college experience is a plus.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in manufacturing or quality control
- Familiarity with MS Office suite
- A willingness to learn and grow
