Administrative Assistant Order Entry Clerk

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Read, interpret, and input orders from Customer Service.
• Check order information for accuracy and timeliness.
• Virtually review inventory levels to released orders.
• Print and assemble order paperwork packages.
• Organize paperwork packet priorities according to ship date.
• Create shipments according to order components and requirements.
• Print and organize shipping documents and labels for correct dispatch.
• Prepare invoices and coordinate shipments with our accounting department.
• Process inbound parcel shipments.
• Process Fedex/UPS outgoing ground shipments.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
