Responsibilities-
* Greet customers promptly and professionally upon entering our showroom.
* Update and maintain information in company database.
* Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service.
* Observe all safety regulations.
Qualifications
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Motivated self-starter, growth oriented and goal driven.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal skills with comprehensive knowledge of grammar, composition, and spelling.
* Ability to effectively communicate/present information and ideas in written and verbal format to customers in person or via telephone, email, social media, etc.
