We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and hands-on Quality Manager to join our team in the industrial power industry. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining the highest standards of quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality management system, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The Quality Manager will also play a critical role in promoting a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
  • Lead and conduct internal and external audits, identifying areas of non-compliance and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are integrated into all processes and products.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to monitor product quality and prevent defects.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and reducing waste.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and best practices.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality.
  • Monitor and report on quality-related key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, standards, and best practices related to quality management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Management role within an industrial ndustry.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OSHA regulations.
  • Experience in the Wind Industry, specifically with power transmission and turbine operations, is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience conducting and managing audits.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
  • Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification is a plus.
