Pharmacist (Olean General Hospital)

CompleteRx is collaborating with Olean General Hospital to recruit candidates for a full-time Pharmacist opportunity located in Olean, NY.

This position will provide Pharmacist coverage at both Olean General Hospital located in Olean, NY, and Cuba Memorial Hospital located in Cuba, NY. In addition to the duties listed below, this position will have supervisory duties when working out of Cuba Memorial Hospital.

Pharmacy Schedule

• Work shifts range from 7am - 9pm.

Compensation

• $51.03 - $90.64 per hour

What You Will Do

• Provides direct supervision of pharmacy staff, provides support to nursing, and attends meetings/committee memberships as required.
• According to standard procedure, compounds and dispenses medication and pharmaceutical supplies upon receiving written orders and prescriptions from the physician.
• Actively participates in designated patient medication monitoring activities as defined by department procedures approved by the medical staff.

What You Will Need

Requirements:

• Licensed and Registered in New York State or eligible for licensure as a Pharmacist in New York State.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Pharmacist is required. Prior supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
