Job Skills/Requirements

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the daily maintenance of client sites, to include direct supervision and training of cleaning staff. Supervising and coordinating activities of staff engaged in cleaning and maintaining premises of the client sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of management experience  
• OSHA General Industry 10 or 30 Preferred 
• Bachelor's Degree in business management, facilities operations management, or similar area of studies preferred 
• Experience working with a diverse population 

Requirements:

• Reliable means of transportation, proof of insurance, and good driving record
• Position is contingent on a background check and drug screen
• Previous management experience preferably in a warehouse environment or in a cleaning environment
