at Sandstone Care Sandstone Care - Colorado Springs **Sandstone Care is hiring for a full time Sous Chef for our Colorado Springs facilities!** Our kitchen team works collaboratively to make amazing nutritious meals for clients in programing at our Detox and Adolescent Residential facilities. We need someone who is passionate, reliable, and service oriented. **Job duties include:**

* Purchasing, preparing and cooking food for up to 50 people

* Supports Head Chef with meal planning and execution

* Delivering food from kitchen to Cascade facility (valid drivers license required)

* Following Chef direction on meals to be made

* Preparing cooked food to move and transportation of food to multiple locations

* Shopping for cook

* Cleaning Kitchen area

* Assisting cook with food preparation

* Desire to train on kitchen functions including cooking, cleaning, hot/cold chain management
