**Specific responsibilities will include:**
* Working with customers to find the right products
* Operating POS
* Providing excellent customer service interactions
* Basic Order Processing
* Completing Daily Tasks
* Executing Merchandising Plans
* Aiding in Marketing Campaigns
* Answering questions about the performance and technical aspects of our products
**The ideal candidate will have:**
* Prior retail experience preferred.
* Outdoor experience highly preferred.
* Must be knowledgeable about specific brands and products.
* Available to work evenings and weekends.
* Quick learner and pay attention to details.
* Courteous and friendly, customer service oriented.
* Positive and proactive attitude.
* Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
* Requires standing and walking on the sales floor.
