ELS is hiring for the position of Front Desk Clerk in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.What you'll do:
As a part of our Front Desk team at Drummer Boy Campground in Gettysburg, you provide exceptional customer service to facilitate excellent and memorable guestand residentexperiences. You work as a team participant along with management to ensure the community meets the quality standards set by ELS.
Your job will include:
Act as thepropertyliaison and provide guestsand residentswith information,responding to questions in person and over the phone.
Process payments and deposits.
Partner with yourPropertyManager and communicate frequently toaddressinquiriesin a timely and professional manner.
Prioritizecustomersatisfaction, address conflicts and solve problems promptly.
Experience & skills you need:
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
1+ yearsof experience in customer servicewithexceptional customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
Willing and able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
