Shift & Pay:  

Quarterly Bonuses ($250)
Referral Bonuses ($300)

• 1st shift: Mon- Fri, $15/h (start time varies either 6:00 am or 6:30 am)
  • Increases to an average of $17/h, once a weekly production bonus is added after your two-week training period.
• 2nd shift: Mon- Fri, $16/h (start time varies either 4:00 pm – 4:30 pm)
  • Increases to an average of $18/h, once a weekly production bonus is added after your two-week training period.
• Possible overtime on Saturdays

What you’ll be doing as an Assembler:

• Using handheld pneumatic tools to assemble landscaping machinery and equipment
• Packaging products, use scanners to pick parts according to customer orders, and place on dollies
• Following work instructions to build products and ensure high standards of quality 
• Working closely with a team of professionals to ensure that products are delivered on time and with precision
