Accounts Payable Specialist

Peak Living, Inc. is currently seeking ​an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for the company and paying all invoices to vendors following appropriate procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Accomplish 3 part matching in HIGH VOLUME accounts payable department. The position will process all invoices for two company structure, assuring timely payment to all vendors.
• Perform routine month end accruals for A/P, assuring proper accounting periods are recognized.
• Check and compare quantities/pricing for hundreds of inventory items.
• Perform data entry in Sage MAS computer system. Enter new vendor templates, reconcile monthly A/P balances, etc.
• Troubleshoot receivers and enter received quantities for a variety of products.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in high volume Accounts Payable department.
• Fundamental knowledge of receiving, inventory, standard costing.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills. Ability to work in high volume department.
