The Assistant RN Director of Cath Lab will benefit from working with a growing system providing ample professional advancement opportunities.

This robust Cardiac Cath Lab Department performs over 2,000 procedures annually - including 400 STEMIs - and continues to grow and expand. With a large team of cardiologists, other common procedures performed include thrombectomies, peripheral vascular and coronary, and electrophysiology.

Reporting to the Director of Cardiovascular Services, the Assistant RN Director of Cath Lab is responsible for managing daily clinical operations and a dedicated team of 20+ FTEs. The Cardiac Cath Lab Assistant Nurse Director will have budgetary oversight, develop policies and procedures, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a supportive staff mentor who leads by example and is ready to jump in whenever needed.
