ON-SITE in SCOTTSDALE AZ
Title: Customer Service Rep – Bilingual Spanish ONLY
Type of Hire: Direct hire
Start Date: 03/11/2024.
Office Location: Scottsdale (Raintree and the 101 Freeway)
Training & Post Training Location: Onsite
Pay Rate: $21/hr Plus performance pay ($20/hr during training)
Schedule: Various Schedules 2nd/3rd shifts (All shifts Include 1 weekend day).
Brief Job Description:
- Inbound call center.
- You are supporting multiple bank customers that have accrued enough reward points to purchase product (apple, nike).
- The calls are about tracking the shipment, cancelling the shipment, refunding reward points, shipment arrived damaged, help on the website buying product.
- It is a yes environment, yes, we can cancel, yes, we can refund your reward points. Card Holders calls in to book travel by using the points they have accumulated.
- Inbound call center assisting these clients to book flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises.
Requirements:
- MUST WORK ON-SITE IN SCOTTSDALE AZ
- MUST be bilingual in SPANISH
- MUST be able to work 1 weekend day and 2nd or 3rd shift
- HSD or GED is required (must be on resume)
- 6+ months CSR experience, call center.
- Exceptional phone and communication skills, good with people
