The Client Services Technical Liaison will perform a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction within our organization. Primary responsibility is to develop and maintain standard operating procedures that provide clarity and streamline operations for our assigned customer base(s). In collaboration with various departments and IT teams, this role actively contributes to the coordination of IT projects via regular and proactive communication with the assigned customer population. By identifying and articulating pertinent customer needs. The liaison facilitates effective communication with Location Based Service Managers by acting as a bridge between customers and internal teams to guarantee that their requirements are not only understood but met.

The Client Services Technical Liaison aligns Information Technology projects with the unique processes and technology needs of our customers. This integration is seamlessly woven into enterprise mission planning and execution by reinforcing our commitment to supporting the mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Finding Cures. Saving Children.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure efficient operations and clarity for the assigned customer base.
  • Create and maintain analytics tools to track and analyze the customer experience, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Client Services Management and teams to coordinate IT projects that align with customer needs and organizational goals.
  • Foster frequent and effective communication with the assigned customer population addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Proactively identify and communicate relevant customer needs to Location Base Service Managers, ensuring a proactive and customer-centric approach.
  • Advocate on behalf of the customer, acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure their requirements are understood and met.
  • Align Information Technology (IT) projects with customer processes and technology needs, incorporating them into enterprise mission planning and execution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet the goals and objectives of the department and institution.
  • Maintains regular and predictable attendance.

Minimum Education and/or Training:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum requirement: 3+ years of experience in program management delivery.
  • Significant experience working with project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Microsoft SharePoint, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Clarity, Planview, MS Office).

Compensation

In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $60,320 - $105,040 per year for the role of Client Services Technical Liaison.
