In this role, you will:

• Integration and Maintenance:
  • Establish and maintain EDI connections with suppliers, customers, and other business partners
  • Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions to identify and resolve issues promptly
  • Coordinate with IT and relevant stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of EDI systems with existing business applications
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Act as the main point of contact for EDI-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, logistics, and procurement, to streamline EDI processes
  • Communicate effectively with trading partners to address any EDI-related issues or improvements
• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of EDI processes, configurations, and transactions
  • Generate regular reports on EDI performance, including transaction volume, error rates, and processing times
  • Analyze data and provide insights to improve overall efficiency and accuracy

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field
• Proven experience in implementing and managing EDI processes in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset
• Familiarity with ERP systems and integration solutions is a plus
