Miller Industries, the world's largest manufacturer in towing equipment, is seeking a **Customer Service Representative** for our Greeneville, TN operations.

This position will perform daily duties as a member of the Customer Service Team. Duties to be performed include, (but are not limited to) customer service, order entry, follow orders through the LN (ERP) system. Also work with operations management in scheduling, configurator set-up, and product delivery issues to include pre-delivery inspection.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following (Other duties may be assigned):

* Display the ability to learn and utilize the Miller Industries operating system.

* Strong interpersonal skills are required in order to build lasting relationships with customers.

* Must have experience using a computer to send emails and preferably proficient in Microsoft Office products.

* Must be comfortable using the phone and communicating with customers.

* Must have strong organizational skills, the ability to work with urgency and be able to multi-task.

* Quick learner with an aptitude to learn the parts (mechanical reasoning).

* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and basic knowledge of computers is priority, experience with the LN system is preferred. **Qualifications**

This is a Salary Non-Exempt position, eligible for overtime. Pay rate to be determined commensurate with experience and qualifications.
