Home Care - Registered Nurse - Full-time

Experience:

• 24 months of Home Health experience is required.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New Jersey license or compact license in hand at the time of application.

• Candidates must live at least 40 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Medical declinations accepted.

Required Education: -BSN.

-Graduation from an accredited school of nursing - Required.

Schedule Notes: 5:00 PM - 8:30 AM all On-Call 5 Nights Per Week

Every Other Weekend Required No Holiday Work

On Call position for a total of 40 billed hours per week. RN will complete 2 patient start of care visits per shift.

RN will triage calls from patients/families, follow up with physicians and go out for patient visits if needed.

Two of relevant nursing experience.

Must have acute care/hospital experience.

Preferred Skills & Experience: -At least 6 months of Acute Care RN experience- Required

-EPIC Home Health Application experience

-Knowledge of Wound Care, Wound VAC, Tubes, Drains, Infusion- Required.

-With previous and recent IV experience (preferred) within one (1) year.

-Excellent customer service and communication skills.

-Medicare certified home care experience is highly preferred.
