POSITION TITLE: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

FLSA STATUS: Full Time

REPORTS TO: Customer Relationship Manager

SALARY RANGE: $90,000 - $130,000

REVISED: February 13th, 2024

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES

Under the supervision of the President, the CRM will be responsible for supervising and training the Sale and Marketing Team. The Customer Relationship Manager will also provide opportunities for development of the Sale and Marketing Team by identifying markets, executing sales plans, and forecasting. The Sales Manager will support and grow the Winco dealer base by building existing and new relationships while also identifying areas of opportunity by monitoring tactical markets.

JOB INTERACTIONS AND INTERFACE

This role interacts with internal staff in all departments as necessary.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Create company revenue budget annually

Set pricing and margins to align with company business objectives.

Assist department managers in created and executing successful department budgets

Identify future products and markets

Promote sales growth within the Sales and Service Management Team through dealer exploration and market research

Establish and evaluate personnel goals to ensure continued successful development of team

Create short term, mid term and long term sales and service plans and follow through from start to finish

Resolve any complaints and address the needs of the Dealer base

Dealer development: provide knowledge and training to the Dealer base by conducting and participating in Service Classes

Periodic travel with Account Management team required to build and promote effective partnerships in territories

Forecast finished goods and future inventory levels

Create and implement marketing vision, identify opportunities for growth

Set pricing and margins to align with company business objectives

Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors or Associate degree preferred, or (3-5) plus years of related sales experience and/or training

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Analytical and problem-solving expertise a must

Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.

Experience in equipment sales in agriculture, construction, or transportation

Travel is required, with some overnight stays

PREFERRED

7+ years of related sales experience and/or training

Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical components

Successful new product development experience

Experience with generator technologies

Experience with Epicor operating system
