Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Cooper Pacific Kitchens is currently seeking a cabinet installer/finish carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background installing high-end manufactured cabinetry, trim, and stain-grade molding, all to the highest level of standards. In this role, you will work with an install team to install cabinetry for our clients at various residential sites both in and around the Los Angeles area, with some out of county and out of state work required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install our products according to plan, illustrated, or verbal instructions
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- Work under time constraints to meet specific deadlines
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensure attention to detail
- Maintain a safe and non-cluttered worksite
- Proactively communicate job site conditions and concerns that are currently affecting, or may affect completion of the job to the appropriate supervisor
- Follow all safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience installing high-end manufactured cabinetry, trim, and molding.
- Proven proficiency installing stain-grade crown with precision.
- Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent carpentry and hand tool skills
- Ability to use power tools (drill, jigsaw, etc.)
- Ability to take accurate measurements
- Must be willing and able to periodically travel, sometimes out of the area, or out of the state
- Physical strength and stamina
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Criminal Record Check
