RemX is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Associate (Flooring & Countertops). In this role you will be responsible strengthening key account relationships, driving business growth, and collaborating with internal teams. Ideal candidates have sales experience, strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and analytical acumen.

  • Title: B2B Outside Sales Associate (Flooring & Countertops)
  • Pay Rate: $18-$21
  • Start: ASAP
  • Type: Direct Hire
  • Location: Onsite (Baltimore, MD)
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-6pm (You will also work every other Saturday)

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Account Management & Business Development:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with big box retailers, addressing inquiries, and providing effective solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's product portfolio and market presence. Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
  • Utilize market insights to identify areas for business growth and product development.

Negotiation and Contract Management:

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Effectively manage contract renewals and modifications as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback to contribute to product improvement and innovation.

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
  • Some sales experience, preferably in a related industry or with big box retailers.
  • Ability to think strategically, develop plans, and achieve sales targets with a proven track record of driving business growth.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for persuasive presentations and relationship building.
  • Able to adapt strategies to changing market conditions and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting market trends and data to make informed decisions.
