Post-Side

· Enjoy working towards high levels of exacting details and standards.

• Ability to work safely as well as helping others do the same.
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to read instructions and manuals.
• Hard worker, flexible and willing to help others.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Must complete scheduled orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain a high degree of integrity, loyalty, and honesty.
• Must be a team player with desire to learn and grow professionally and personally.
• Physical requirements include standing and walking up to 10 hours per day; bending, squatting, using your hands to grab, grasp and twist up to 10 hours per day; lifting, including to shoulder height; pulling and pushing material. This list is not all inclusive and other physical movements may be required.
• Must be able to consistently lift and/or move items that are 80 pounds.

Pre-Side:

· The production worker sets up and independently operates all types of basic woodworking/production machines.

· Must be able to produce quality parts per processing instructions.

· May operate more complex machinery on a limited basis.

· Know and understand specific safety requirements for each piece of equipment assigned to you.
