Sales Customer Service

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls, follow up on online leads, help people, create quotes, and drive sales
• Provide information about the products and services compellingly to close customers
• Resolve service issues and concerns using your incredible people skills
• Document and update customer records based on interactions

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Call center experience is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients
• Experience with delivering sales presentations and closing customers (face to face or over the phone)
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Phone, language, and communication skills are extremely important
• Basic to midrange computer skills are a key to success with this role. You will need to click through multiple windows and tabs throughout the day as all our apps are cloud-based and accessed via the browser.
  • GSuite / Google Workplace experience is a plus

Other considerations:

• Paid training for two months at $20 an hour.
  • After training earnings are performance based (base + commission + bonuses) with guaranteed minimum paychecks. There are no caps on income.
• Shifts rotate between 8a-5p, 9a-6p, 12p-9p, and 1p-10p. The later shifts may be worked from home, and is generally one day a week.
• Top performers each month earn the option to work from home 4 days a week.
• Weekend shifts are on a rotational basis (usually once a month or less).
• Office dress code is business casual or smart casual.
• All offers of employment are contingent upon the completion and passing of a criminal background check, drug test, and/or a general reference check.
