InspiCare Homes is hiring for DSPs! Catering to those with physical and/or mental/ behavioral disabilities.

Here are a few details

• Must have at least one year of experience within the last three years.
• 8 hour shifts - Evening Shift! M-F(3pm-11pm)
• Full Time schedules! 40 hours per week.
• Pay Rate: $18/hr
• Ideal candidate is open to float between locations but not required- All locations are in the Nashville, TN Davidson or surrounding suburbs. Apply now!

RELATED EXPERIENCE PREFERRED MUST HAVE PROOF OF HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED

Duties:

- Provide direct care and support to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and cleaning
- Administer medication according to prescribed guidelines
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
- Ensure the rights and dignity of residents are respected at all times
- Collaborate with social workers, nurses, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident progress and any incidents or observations

Experience:

- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR is a plus
- Certified Medication Administration Training Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for working effectively with residents, their families, and a multidisciplinary team
