Job Description: As the Sales Operations Director at The Judge Group, you will assume a pivotal role in assisting the Executive Vice President of Sales in the operational excellence and strategic growth of our staffing and services business. Drawing inspiration from The Judge Group's commitment to innovation, integrity, and client satisfaction, you will lead efforts to optimize sales operations, ensuring the attainment of revenue targets and market leadership. This leadership position demands a seasoned professional with a track record in sales operations, analytics and performance, workforce management, and strategic planning within the staffing and IT services industry.
The Sales Operations Director will report directly to the EVP of Sales and partner with Regional / Branch, CSG, and Enterprise Account sales leaders. This role will collaborate with IT, Talent Development, and Talent Acquisition in implementing technology and learning programs that enable the success of sales teams

Responsibilities

The Sales Operations Director will be responsible for the following:

* Forecasting, Reporting & Performance Measurement - Identify metrics to measure past sales performance and identify opportunities for sales team development and sales cycle improvement.
o Use data modeling, predictive modeling, and analytical techniques to interpret key findings from company data and leverage these insights into strategic opportunities that support positive business outcomes
o Forecasting & Planning - Identify and provide data to inform strategic and annual planning at branch, CSG, and Enterprise Account levels. Collaborate with sales leaders on defining the forecasting sales process.
o Define operational metrics measure performance within each sales step and across sales cycle. Identify opportunities and implement solutions to enhance performance.
o Ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures for analytics team to follow
o Identify opportunities for reporting optimization based on data analytics
o Continually refine and optimize reporting platforms, templates, and requirements
o Collaborate cross-functionally across the company to understand business questions and develop reporting and analytical solutions
o Present complex technical information to non-technical audiences and executives

* Accountability & Team Development -
o Sets goals and conducts regular meetings with sales leaders to ensure commitment and accountability of goal achievement. Ensures collaboration across sales teams and services.
o Leverage analytics to support sales leaders in identifying opportunities for improvement and coaching sales teams to higher levels of performance.
o Serve as the Program Leader for sales training and mentorship. Hold sales team accountable to complete training and drive sales mentor program. Evolves sales training program.
o Recruiting and Onboarding - Support branch leaders in developing hiring & onboarding plans to support the business and growth plans.

* Technology, Tools, & CRM -
o Build strategy and collaborate with sales and IT teams to evolve Judge's CRM into a best-in-class sales technology platform to enable highest performance. Work with IT team members on incorporating changes into existing technology stack (Edge, Birst, other reporting) to enable sales team performance.
o Hold sales leaders and teams accountable to entering timely and accurate data into CRM system.
o Stay current with technological trends in software development, data analysis, and enterprise applications
o Manage knowledge repository (sales enablement) - Collaborate with marketing and proposals team to create, and curate sales materials that enable sales performance including Case Studies, Thought Leadership, Vertical / Industry Insights, etc.


Qualifications

Qualifications:
* Master's degree in business, sales, or related field; formal education in sales analytics is a plus
* Expert-level analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
* Expert-level knowledge in sales process and CRM, with a genuine interest in sales innovation and tools
* Sales forecasting and accounting proficiency
* Knowledge of complex commission models and "deal split" concepts
* Proven experience in sales operations leadership within the staffing or IT services industry
* Advanced technical skills in PowerBI, Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
