Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a Service Manager Automotive to fill a Direct Hire opening in Flora, IL!
Responsibilities:
- Lead/manage the team of mechanics as per the company's direction
- Take customer calls related to machine repairs and service calls/work in the field.
- Dispatch technicians for service calls
- Work with Parts Manager, Branch Manager, Rental Coordinator, and Sales staff as needed
- Utilize the company's business software system as needed
- Responsible for all paperwork related to the service department
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Drivers License
- Previous experience as a Mechanic is required
- Previous experience as a Service Manager is required
- Computer Skills - Microsoft Office
- Mechanically Inclined
- Customer Service skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
Compensation: $65-90K
