The Digital and IT Analyst trains and supports business-related information technology requirements and systems. Leads limited scope projects using information technology to enable business improvement and perform critical analysis under limited supervision.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities are but not limited to:

* Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement remedial actions.

* Provide phone, email, remote, and in-person technical support to end users.

* Provides directly, or through coordination, hardware, software, and training support on-site where needed.

* Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstation hardware and software.

* Provide administrative support for projects as needed.

* Develops and delivers training to support process changes and new technology introductions.

* Act as a Project Manager as needed for small and medium sized projects.

* Manage deadlines and project timelines to ensure quality delivery of projects within deadlines.

* Build relationships at all levels to improve business processes and facilitate project completions.

* Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources. Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.

This position may be assigned (but is not limited to) one of the following key information technology disciplines and/or services:

* Software Support

* PC Support

* LAN/WAN Support

* Help Desk

* IT Security

* Engineering Systems

* Business Systems (MSS, JDE, SAP or other related technology)

Qualifications:

Essential:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related area(or international equivalent)

* 2+years related IT experience

* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

* Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills

* Demonstrated leadership aptitude, learning agility, and adaptability

* Strong people skills, relates well with all levels of the organization

* Ability to establish own priorities and adapt to changing priorities

* Demonstrates ability to manage projects - Project Management

* Excellent written and oral communications skills

Desired

* ServiceNow experience

* CompTIA A+

* Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer expertise in MS Office365

* SharePoint

* Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps , Power Automate , Power BI etc.)

Please note that the salary range information is only applicable for California. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, candidate experience, qualifications, location as well as market and business considerations. Pay Range: $78,479 - $126,697.
