Asst Plant Manager

We are seeking an Asst Plant Manager in our SC location to join our team! You will Assist our Plant Manager oversee the activities of a team of production workers

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams
• Assist Plant Manager with the overall operations of the Plant to include Production, warehouse and office Staff.
• Establish and Monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards.
• Inventory Control
• Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Assist Plant Manager in monitoring and controlling operation hours and operating supplies.
•  Manage manufacturing Costs
• Provide an example of good leadership, keep open and effective lines of communication
• Committed to ongoing personal development

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields
• Minimum 10yrs years in Metal stamping and Fabrication
• Knowledge of metal Stamping production tools and equipment
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Hindi language is a plus
• SAP experience preferred
• Experience in Program Management a plus
