Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Candidates must have a license prior to placement start.

Supervisory experience

Master’s degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Four years of professional-level experience; inpatient and outpatient experience preferred

Business/program development experience preferred.

If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only)
